Instrument
Playing an instrument demands very
specific physical co-ordination and balance. Unfortunately, one-sided
strain and burden on muscles can too often lead to health problems
and, as a result, to increased limitations in one’s capacity to be
musically expressive. By concentrating on reducing stress factors in
one’s breathing, patterns of movement and psycholological
disposition, it is possible to rediscover a musical creativity, that
seems effortless.
Integratives Stimmtraining® offers
instrumentalists a special programm, specifically adapted for their
needs, incorperating breathing and physiological possibilities which
can help them discover this effortless and more efficient form of
playing. Also, there are specialised workshops available that, by
applying the basic integrative vocal training method, can open up the
possibilities of a better musical communication and a more
homogeneous sound for instrumental ensembles (duos, trios, ensembles
and orchestras).
Many of the licenced and graduate trainers of
